Dr. Jesse Jacobs is a local product of the North Fort Worth area. He has been highly involved with sports his entire life, playing Division 1 College Soccer in Georgia and returned to Dallas Fort Worth where he graduated from The University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Biology degree.
Keaton Hildebrand, D.C.
Dr. Keaton Hildebrand was born and raised in Keller, Texas. He attended the University of Arkansas and graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology in Exercise Science. He then moved back to Texas to attend Parker University where he obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic. In his free time, you can find him outside working out, playing pickleball, volleyball, and basketball.
Ryan Ronces, D.C.
Dr. Ronces is a proud native of Blanco, Texas, a small town located just an hour north of San Antonio. He pursued his undergraduate studies at Southeastern Oklahoma State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance while also excelling in collegiate football. He then returned to Texas to complete his Doctorate in Chiropractic at Parker University. Additionally, Dr. Ronces is certified in Active Release Techniques, specializing in the treatment of soft-tissue and nerve-related issues. In his free time, you can find him spending time with friends and family or fishing at the local pond.
Austin McIntosh, D.C.
Dr. McIntosh grew up down on the beach in Corpus Christi, Texas. When he has free time he enjoys golfing with his buddys, fishing out on whatever water he can find, and enjoying family time. He went to UT Tyler to receive his bachelors in Kinesiology in 2020 then went on to finish his professional doctoral degree at Parker University where he became a doctor of Chiropractic medicine in 2023. His passion for chiropractic stems from being treated since he was a baby and never having health issues as well as his entire family being treated. The benefits of chiropractic are something he wants to show every single person that walks through the Freeform door.

Charity joined the Freeform Family in 2017. She has worked in customer service for 13+ years and is great at connecting with each practice member and putting their concerns at ease. Charity enjoys meeting new people and encouraging healing through chiropractic and natural medicine. She grew up in South Arlington, but Fort Worth is now home. Outside of the office Charity loves going on adventures with her Daughter and spending time with her loved ones.
